The audacity of hope by Barrack Obama is a great book so far. It starts off with some background information about how Obama first got into politics. It mentions many fascinating opinions and facts that I didn’t know. He talks about being elected to the Illinois legislature after a friend suggests he runs after a spot opens up. Once he is elected his political journey begins. He talks about life in the United States Senate. His writing style is very intriguing. It makes me want to read more.
It is so interesting how he talks about being less superior to some of the other senators. He talks about the feeling he gets when looking at more experience senators. All that aside, he now holds the highest office.
